| Welcome to our Luxury 5 Bedroom/ 3 Bathroom villa,called 'The Pride'.It is newly built Jan 2003, and is on a new select development called Orange Tree on highway 27 just off the 192. Easily accessible from both Orlando and Sandford Airports.The villa is fully air-conditioned and pool heating is optional, also our management team are on hand 24hrs a day 7 days a week. |

| There are 5 Bedrooms,1 King suite with en-suite bathroom walk-in wardrobes with a safe installed free of charge for your use and a T.V. This room has patio dooors leading out to the pool. The second Queen suite also has an en-suite bathroom with access out to the pool area this room also has built-in wardrobes and a T.V. The third bedroom is a double room also with a T.V. and we also have two Twin bedded rooms both with T.V's. These Bedrooms all share the third bathroom.
The large family room has patio doors leading out to the pool area.This room has ample comfortable seating and it also has Queen size sleeper sofa if needed.It is equipped with a large cable T.V DVD/VCR,& C.D system.
Situated off of this room is the fully equipped kitchen with Fridge/Freezer,cooker,Dishwasher and microwave and plenty more and all the necessary crockery,glasswear and cooking utensils needed just incase you decide to self-cater.We havea Laundry room with washing machine and tumble drier and also iron and ironing board. There is also a Breakfast Bar and a Dining area that leads out to the pool where you will find extra dining facilities in case you want to dine al-fresco and make use of the barbque that we have.We also have a more formal living room that is made totally for you to relax in after a tireing but enjoyable day at the Theme Parks.
Our pool area is screened to stop the flies and mosquitos from getting in but not the sun. The pool is 28x16foot and has steps leading down into it makeing easy access for children and the elderly. There is also a safety screen round it so you dont have to worry if you have small children with you, this can be removed if not needed.There is a large Deck area for sunbathing and plenty of patio furniture.We have a Games Room with an 8ft pool table an electronic darts board a football table & table Tennis table plus a selection of toys & games for the children
There is a cot and Highchair if needed and a phone with free local calls.All Linen and towels are provided.Our villa is fully Alarmed & Air-Conditioned throughout. |

| Orange Tree has its own conservation area and is set amongst Orange Groves. The community has achildrens playground, a Football pitch,Basketball court and Tennis Courts. |

Local Attractions |
| Disney is only 15 mins away, as is Animal Kingdom, MGM, and Universal. You can drive to the Beach this will take about 1 hour and maybe vist Busch Gardens on the way. We have many good Golf courses around us. |
