The Villa	The Living Dining Room

Situated in Moraira this is a 3 bedroom detached villa built on two levels with the living area on the ground floor and the private pool area below. The beautiful town and sandy beaches of Moraira are both only a 5 minute drive away. Moraira is a delightful town with two glorious safe sandy beaches ideal for sunbathing and water sports. These beaches have both been awarded the EEC Blue Flag for cleanliness. Moraira lies in a bay and is an old fishing village that now has a large marina where many different sized yachts berth. The surrounding hills ensure Moraira gets protection from extreme winter weather. There is a weekly Friday market in the town selling all kinds of produce and a nightly town centre craft market during the summer months. The town retains much of its fishing village character with its narrow streets lined with a variety of shops, bars and many restaurants serving food to suit every taste and budget. The neighbouring coastal town of Javea with its beautiful Arenal beach is only a 15 min drive away.

Accommodation

Entry to the property from road level is through an iron gate, along a path and up a few steps to the covered terrace. A door from the terrace leads into the large and bright living dining room furnished with a sofa, 2 armchairs, coffee table, music centre, feature fireplace with log burner, dining table, 5 chairs and sideboard. There is also a selection of books, games and CD’s. A door to the left leads into the fully fitted kitchen equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, fridge freezer, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The washing machine is situated in the garage below. At the rear of the living dining room are the bedrooms and bathroom with bedroom 1 having an en-suite shower room. Bedroom 1 has twin beds, built in wardrobe, bedside chest, chair and stool. The en-suite has a shower cubicle, basin and toilet. Bedrooms 2 & 3 are both fitted with twin beds, built in wardrobe and a bedside chest. The bathroom has a bath with shower, bidet, basin and toilet. The covered terrace (naya) with a view over the pool is furnished with suitable furniture consisting of a table and 4 chairs. Steps lead down to the large and spacious pool area and well maintained garden. There are sunloungers and sunshades around the pool and a permanent BBQ. There is a set of double gates to the left of the villa that is the entrance to the driveway and garage. The washing machine in the garage can be accessed from the pool area.

Bed linen and towels provided. Cots, high chairs, push chairs, beach towels, welcome packs, airport pick up and drop off are all available as extra

Local Attractions

There are three golf courses in the area, one 18 hole and two 9 holes. The Terra Mitica Theme Park, Mundo Mar Sea World and Aqualandia Water Park are all only 30 mins drive away. Water sports, horse riding and go carting are nearby.
