We would like to welcome you to our stunning Villa La Salamanquesa. We want you to feel at home & enjoy your stay in our little part of paradise. We have endeavoured to make available most things to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible. This charming villa is situated in a quiet area of Moraira. Very spacious & commands spectacular views towards the sea El Portet. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, separate kitchen & dining room which leads onto the cool open 35m2 terrace. The lower level has a self contained apartment with a further 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and Living room / American style kitchen and SKY TV, Steps lead down to the pool 8 x 4 & more terracing. The property has central heating throughout. This grand 4 bedroom Villa is set in 4 acres of beautiful gardens. SKY TV - Family Pack. In March 06 the interior and exterior of the Villa has been beautifully decorated with fresh neutral colours.. Living Room has also been refurbished. Plasma TV, comfortable Leather seating.

Accommodation

With a population of 9,500 the town of Moraira is situated on the northern shoulder of the Costa Blanca. Approximately 100 km south of Valencia & 80 km north of Alicante the town is easily reachable form both Alicante & Valencia international airports. Best reached via the A-7 toll road (exit 63), the journey time in most cases takes around an hour. Like other towns along the coast Moraira has its roots as a fishing village, indeed it is a trade that is still prevalent here. Another ancient trade is that of wine making; a lot of the land around Moraira was dedicated to the growing of Muscatel grapes, & indeed over 1000 hectares of vineyards are still present. There are numerous blue flag rated sandy beaches around Moraira, in fact they spread out for 15 km on either side of the town. Most are sheltered & good for family bathing. One of the better beaches is the Playa El Portet, located just around the bay from Moraira. Also well known for its mild climate & enjoys sunshine all year. Notes to the rental rates The price described for La Salamanquesa Villa is in GBP (pounds). Booking Terms: a) £200.00 non-refundable to be paid on booking to secure your stay. The outstanding balance to be paid in 8 weeks prior to your arrival. b) £200.00 Deposit required in advance and will be fully refunded if no breakages / damages or theft occur during your stay. c) £100.00 paid in advance for end cleaning.
